Rhonda Graff Jolley

Rhonda was born in Hondo, Texas. She received a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin in 1978 and her J.D. from St Mary’s University School of Law in 1982. Rhonda has been practicing law since her admission to the State Bar of Texas in November of 1982. While in law school, Rhonda was a member of Phi Delta Phi and Order of the Barristers. Rhonda is a currently a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas and a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Rhonda is an immediate past member of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar as well as the State Bar Water Committee on which she served as Chairperson. Rhonda is active in State Bar CLE Programing having been a speaker, member of the planning committee and Co-Chair of the Advanced Real Estate Seminar, and the Changing Faces of Water Law Seminar. She has also been speaker and member of the planning committee for the State Bar Advanced Real Estate Drafting Course, the South Texas College of Law Real Estate Course, and the University of Texas Mortgage Lending Institute and Water Law Institute.
