Jonathan Cluck received his J.D. From St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas in 1987 and was licensed to practice law the same year. During his tenure at law school, Mr. Cluck served as a legal intern to the Honorable William S. Sessions, Chief Judge of the Western District of Texas. After receiving his J.D., he worked in the law offices of Melvin A. Krenek as an insurance defense litigator. Mr. Cluck then practiced civil and business litigation for the firm of Kampmann & Church for seven years, before becoming a partner with Kampmann & Cluck from 1998 - 2001. Mr. Cluck joined Nunley, Jolley, & Hill in 2001 as a general practitioner focusing primarily on business matters, business litigation, real estate litigation and estate litigation. He became a named partner in Nunley Jolley Cluck Aelvoet LLP in 2004. In the commercial area, Mr. Cluck has represented a variety of businesses, including banks, ranchers, real estate firms, restaurants and new car dealers - with appearances before the Texas Motor Vehicle Board, assisting new car dealers in obtaining and defending points. In addition to the State Bar of Texas, Mr. Cluck is a member of the Kendall County Bar Association and serves as the 2005 Director, the Kerr County Bar Association and the San Antonio Bar Association. Mr. Cluck’s professional activities have included serving on the Legal Ethics Committee for the San Antonio Bar Association and the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee for the Supreme Court of Texas, the Texas Association of Defense Counsel and the Williams B. Sessions Chapter of the American Inns of Court. Mr. Cluck became a member of "Who’s Who in American Law" in 1997. Mr. Cluck is also a member of the Alamo Kiwanis Club of San Antonio, Respite Care of San Antonio, Germania Farmer’s Verein-Anhalt (German civic organization dedicated to promoting agriculture), the San Antonio Livestock Exposition, and serves on the Board of the Hill Country Alternative Dispute Resolution Center as a director and is a member of the Kendall County Sheriff's Advisory Board. Mr. Cluck was born in San Antonio and received a B.B.A. in 1981 from Baylor University in Waco. He has received the Daniel Beard Masonic Scouter Award from the Masonic Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania and is a member of Kendall Lodge 897 AF & AM, and Rising Star Lodge 429 AF & AM. Mr. Cluck is an Eagle Scout and Assistant Scoutmaster.
