Patrick Autry

Banking; Transactional; Creditors’ Rights

A native of North Carolina, Pat Autry moved to Texas in 1983. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1978, and received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1981. He was first licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1981 and became admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1984.  Pat is admitted to practice in all federal district and bankruptcy courts in Texas, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

 

Pat is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.  He is a member of the Texas Association of Bank Counsel, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Bankruptcy Section of the State Bar of Texas, and a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Pat regularly represents financial institutions, commercial landlords, and creditors in transactions and bankruptcy related litigation.

 

Since 1995, Pat, wife Stephanie O’Rourke (also a practicing attorney), and son Miles have lived in Kendall County. He is a member of the Boerne Sunrise Rotary Club.
